My professional background:

With over 15 years of global financial leadership, I thrive on solving complex business challenges and driving sustainable growth. My career spans global markets, including the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, and Africa, where I have led large-scale financial operations, M&A transactions, and strategic business transformations. From participating in the $200Bn asset sale of GE Capital to building a financial infrastructure from scratch for a private equity-backed venture in Africa, my expertise areas are financial strategy, M&A, and operational efficiency across multiple industries.

My career began with GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program (FMP), a rigorous two-year rotational program where I honed my skills in financial planning, commercial finance, and in pricing. I managed financial reporting for billion-dollar portfolios across Europe, led pricing strategies for equipment finance, fleet management and for private jet financing. These early experiences gave me a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to navigate high-stakes decision-making in a world class environment.

During my years at GE, I had to opportunity to take on more and more senior roles with living in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Hungary.

Most importantly I had the opportunity to learn from and work with one of the most talented professionals in the world in Europe’s financial capitals. This foundation has set the bar to guide me during my professional career ever since.

Currently, I serve as the Group CFO of RIM (an Iron Mountain affiliate), I’ve led acquisitions and business expansions across the African continent particularly in Tanzania, Morocco, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, and launched greenfield investments in Ivory Coast and Rwanda. Managing over 300 employees and multi-country financial operations, I navigate the complexities of emerging markets while delivering measurable success.

Beyond corporate finance, I am passionate about entrepreneurship. Through my family business, I have successfully developed real estate projects, applying financial acumen to create long-term value. Whether scaling businesses, optimizing cash flow, or leading high-stakes negotiations, I bring a strategic yet hands-on approach to every challenge.
